At YOLA, accessible from https://www.yolaindia.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by YOLA and how we use it.

1. YOLA is conducting summer activity camps for children in the age groups 3 years and above. Instructions in following paragraphs are meant to provide more clarity to Parents, Guardians and students regarding the administrative/ coordinating arrangements for this Camp.

2. Camp Timings: While the Camp timings will be from 06-30 AM to 18.30 PM, all activities have independent timings. Students are advised to check the timings of their batches and present themselves at the designated spot/ classroom for the activity. Students will not be allowed in the camp before 06:00 AM and must be collected positively before or at 18:30 PM. YOLA India and its associates are not responsible for the children post above timings.

3. Parents/ Guardians will not be allowed to stay on the school campus during the camp. They will drop their children and then return to pick them up post completion of their camp workshop.

4. Payments/ Inclusions/Exclusions: All activities have different course fees. It is clearly mentioned in every activity about what is included and what is not. For activities involving practical’s there may be a requirement to buying costumes and props, Robotics/ Drone Kit, incase students want to take the model home with them.

5. Students: Activity specific requirements: Students are advised to carry activity specific requirements such as Yoga mats, extra pair of clothes, comfortable clothing, tracks pants (compulsory) for drama & dance, sun cream, cap, water bottle, towels, tiffin etc every day. Students are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.

6. While YOLA India and its associates will exercise due diligence, they do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property either belonging to the students or the School. If it is established that the damage to school property resulted due to misuse by Students, the same will be made good by the concerned student/ Parent/Guardian.

7. Items such as intoxicants, sharps, inflammables and likely weapons will not be allowed.

Admission Process/Waiver/Cancellation/Refunds

8. All admissions are strictly based on ‘First Came First Served’. Admissions will be confirmed on payment of full workshop fees for the concerned program. It must be noted that all activities have a minimum batch size requirement. Incase the minimum batch size requirement is not fulfilled, the batch will be cancelled and the booking fees refunded to the students. In the case of overbooking of the Workshops, YOLA will endeavor to create additional batches if possible otherwise the booking amount will be refunded.

9. All admissions will strictly be with full payment of the Workshop charges including GST of 18% and there will be no refund of the booking amount towards any Workshop unless as mentioned in point 8.

10. Parent/Guardian must sign application form. Signing of application form constitutes agreement to all terms & conditions mentioned therein.

11. Students medical conditions must be clearly stated on the application & waiver forms and brought to the notice of concerned YOLA Activity coordinator for better monitoring.

12. YOLA India reserves the right to cancel, amend or reschedule camp activities in response to any unanticipated situations/Incidents/factors beyond its control.

13. In case of cancellation of Camp Workshop by YOLA, students will be given refund of the fees paid adjusting for costs if any incurred by YOLA.

Mobile Phones/ Photo/Videography

14. Students are not permitted Mobile Phones during the activity sessions and phones must be kept in bags in silent mode. Students are individually responsible for the safe custody of their phones.

15. YOLA reserves the right to Photograph /Video record the Camp Activities for official use/ promotional purposes.

Code of Conduct

16. Rules for ‘Good Conduct’ are intended to keep students safe and to maintain program quality.

17. Dismissal becomes necessary when a student’s behavior interferes with our ability to facilitate safe, high­ quality programs and enhance learning outcomes.

18. If a student is dismissed by YOLA, no refund will be given for the remaining Workshop cost/ missed activities.

19. Please help YOLA to further the learning outcomes of your wards by adherence to ‘Good and Enabling Conduct’ by the students.

20. YOLA India program adheres to the best safety expectations and procedures. Breach of our Terms and Conditions will result in cancellation of the booking.

YOLA Duty of Care

21. As part of its duty of care, YOLA is committed to take diligent care of the students in case they fall sick or suffer any incident. We will endeavor to do our utmost in providing quality Medical Care to the student at the nearest Hospital, till the time the student is taken over by the Parents/ Guardians.
