YOLA PROMISE

Honest Communication: Open lines of communication are essential to creating a smooth, organized, and safe camp experience for a child. An informed parent is typically a supportive parent. Yola team will provide all possible information in a timely and proactive manner to cover all concerns regarding pre, during and post camp experience. We will also need to have an open and honest discussion if your child have special circumstances which might impact the success of his/her camp. Bedwetting, routine medications, sleepwalking and or any other significant personal information will need to be shared and be rest assured that this information will be treated with utmost confidentiality. It is crucial that together we strategize and have a proper plan in place.

Health Safety: You will be given 'The health form' which would be the best tool for informing the camp about what your child needs. If they are allergic to black beans or peanuts or any other food item or dairy, we need to know.

Overall Security: Sending your child to camp for the first or eighth time can be emotional and it's not uncommon to want to know who will be responsible for your child’s health and well-being. WE KNOW THAT YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF YOUR CHILD AND SO ARE WE. Yola has for that very reason tied up with the best in the world so that you can be rest assured that every single precaution will be taken to ensure your child's well-being and every possible safety procedure will be adhered to.

Perhaps the most important thing for you to remember as the parent of a camper is that the camp experience is a tremendous growth opportunity for your child. This does not mean that there won’t be occasional struggles and difficulties along the way. It is like other experiences in life – we often learn more about ourselves from difficult times than blissful moments. Your children are stronger than they know, and with your support, guidance and proactive collaboration with the camp organiser, your child has the chance to grow in ways you haven’t even imagined. Happy camping!
